Classic Mint

Mint USDQ using supported stablecoins or crypto assets

Overview

Classic Mint allows users to generate USDQ by depositing supported assets — including both stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC) and major crypto tokens (e.g., ETH, BTC, selected altcoins). This pathway offers a straightforward, capital-efficient way to access on-chain liquidity.

  • Stablecoins are minted 1:1 into USDQ (subject to prevailing market rates).

  • Non-stablecoin assets are subject to an overcollateralization ratio (OCR), which varies depending on asset volatility and risk profile.

This minting route is ideal for users seeking a simple and immediate conversion of their crypto holdings into a stable, yield-eligible unit.

Express Mint (Optional Enhancements)

To streamline user experience, Classic Mint supports two Express Mint options that allow users to auto-allocate their minted USDQ directly into yield-generating contracts:

Option 1: Mint & Stake

Automatically stakes your USDQ upon minting, returning sUSDQ — the yield-bearing version of USDQ.

Option 2: Mint, Stake & Restake

Users select a fixed staking term. USDQ is minted, auto-staked into sUSDQ, then restaked into a locked vault for enhanced rewards. At the end of the process, users receive an ERC-721 NFT representing their locked position.

These options help users skip manual steps and immediately begin earning yield. Learn more in the Staking and Restaking sections.

Minimum Requirements

To initiate a Classic Mint, users must deposit a minimum of $10,000 equivalent in eligible collateral.
